Welcome to Premier Transit Solutions, LLC (“Company”). By engaging our transportation and logistics services, you (“Customer”) agree to the following terms and conditions.

  • Company: Premier Transit Solutions, LLC.
  • Customer: The individual or entity requesting services from the Company.
  • Goods: Items entrusted to the Company for transportation.
  • Services: Transportation, logistics, and related services provided by the Company.

The Company offers transportation and logistics services, including but not limited to:

  • Freight transportation
  • Warehousing
  • Distribution
  • Supply chain management

By subscribing to Premier Transit Solutions, LLC SMS messages, you agree to receive SMS notifications related to our services.

  • Message Types: Service updates, shipment and account notifications, offers, discounts, announcements and other relevant logistics communications.
  • Message Frequency: Varies based on service activity and customer engagement. You can expect to receive 2-4 messages per week.
  • Data Charges: Message and data rates may apply based on your mobile carrier’s terms and conditions.

  • Opt-Out Information: You can opt-out of SMS notifications at any time by replying STOP.
  • Quotations: All service quotations are valid for 30 days unless otherwise specified.
  • Payment: Invoices are payable within 30 days from the invoice date. Late payments may incur interest charges.

The Customer agrees to:

  • Provide accurate and complete information about the Goods.
  • Ensure proper packaging and labeling of Goods.
  • Comply with all applicable laws and regulations.
  • Company Liability: The Company’s liability for loss or damage to Goods is limited to the lesser of the actual value of the Goods or $100 per shipment, unless a higher value is declared and additional charges are paid.
  • Force Majeure: The Company is not liable for delays or failures due to causes beyond its control, including natural disasters, acts of government, or labor disputes.
  • Claims: All claims for loss or damage must be submitted in writing within 30 days of delivery.
  • Dispute Resolution: Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved through mediation or arbitration in the state of Illinois, in accordance with Illinois laws.

These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of the state of Illinois.

The Company reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time. Changes will be communicated to the Customer in writing.

These terms constitute the entire agreement between the Company and the Customer, superseding all prior agreements or understandings.

If any provision of these terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in effect.
